Registration Help

I want to pay by credit card:

• Just fill out the Registration page, you don't have to do anything else
• Click your browser's "Back" button to continue

I want Levitt to invoice me:

• This applies both to customers that currently have a Levitt account and those who do not.
• Fill in all the information on the Registration page
• Click on the "E-mail Levitt-Safety" link at the bottom of the "Search" page and send an e-mail to Customer Service asking them to configure your internet registration for invoicing.
• Customer Service will e-mail you advising when you may place orders
• Once your registration has been configured, you will have the option to use a credit card or not
• Click on your browser's "Back" button to continue
